The SAU is organized by our dedicated members, with the Management Council overseeing all activities and taking responsibility for decision-making and future direction. This council is composed of five senior members. Additionally, the Academy has an advisory board and seven standing committees: Nomination & Membership, Research & Publication, Education & Conference, Finance & Fundraising, Awards & Promotions, Industrial Relations, and Global Affairs.
